Nell Lang (she/her) is a multi-medium creative & occasional live-coder. She has a BSc(hons) in Psychology from the University of St Andrews and a Level 1 qualification in British Sign Language. Her interests include: neo-bardism, storytelling, atmospheric sound design, and improv comedy. She is a Soho Theatre Sketch Lab alumni and has several lead performing credits at the Edinburgh Fringe (you can read some nice words about one here).
Nell is currently a volunteer Ambassador at Nightstop, a part of the Roundhouse Music Collective 25/26, and a proud member of Peckham Digital's Youth Advisory Board.
She is always looking for new ways to expand her pleasingly odd and assorted skill set, and is getting good at writing about herself in the third person.
currently working on
◍ An inter-generational collaboration with my mum (Sarah Lang), developing original songs to act as companions to an exhibition of mixed-media art work remembering Joan, her grandmother and my great grandmother. The show will explore grief, memory, and personal histories.
◍ Coding and composing for a text-based web game using Inky.
